I have a DELL Latitude 5480 laptop with windows 7. I want to upgrade to windows 10. Bought the upgrade from Best Buy.
Got it running through the upgrade but for whatever reason won’t finish it and send me back to windows 7. Need help. Thanks
When it comes to upgrading from Microsoft Windows 7 to Microsoft Windows 10, you need to make certain you upgrade like to like. For example if you have Microsoft Windows 7 Home edition installed you can ONLY upgrade to Microsoft Windows 10 Home edition. You cannot upgrade from Microsoft Windows 7 Home edition to Microsoft Windows 10 Professional.
