When you try to log into your Microsoft Windows operating system based computer, everytime you sign in, your computer screen goes black and it only works again when you restore it to a previous date using Microsoft Windows system restore. When you switch on your computer again it has these same symptoms. When you restore to a previous date it fixes your issue but when you shut down your computer and turn it on again it has the same problem.
You will want to boot your computer into Microsoft Windows operating system safe mode with networking. You can then try to download and install SuperAntiSpyware onto your computer. Then you will want to update this software and then run a full scan with it.
Hopefully, your black screen issue will now become resolved. If your able to boot into Microsoft Windows operating system safe mode, you can perform a chkdsk c: /f /r in a Microsoft Windows operating system command prompt window. You will be prompted to answer Y for yes so that that chkdsk starts a scan at the next reboot of your computer.
You will obviously need to reboot your computer and a chkdsk scan should begin. Also, you can try another malware and spyware program called ComboFix. You will want to disable or close all anti-spyware, anti-malware, and anti-virus real time protection, which may affect ComboFix from operating properly.
You can download the latest official version of ComboFix and save it to your computer. You will want to close any and all programs that are visibly running on your computer. Then you will need to double click that ComboFix.exe executable program on your computer that you downloaded.
When Combofix is finished scanning your Microsoft Windows operating system based computer, it will create logs for you. Both SuperAntiSpyware and ComboFix are free downloads. You will want to right click on either of those two previous uniform resource locator download links for both ComboFix and Superantispyware, then choose save as to your computer.
Both Combofix and Superantispyware software programs should automatically start downloading from those two previous uniform resource locator web page links. These tips were written for a computer running Microsoft Windows eXPerience operating system, but can certainly be used for other Microsoft Windows operating systems, such as Vista, seven, eight, ten, and eleven. You do not need to use Combofix and or Superantispyware software programs and can use your preferred malware, spyware, virus, etcetera software programs.
